The algorithm that is used to perform the face analysis has been created over time, beginning in the 1930’s. It was created by Los Angeles Judge Edward Vincent Jones. After watching thousands people in his courtroom for many years, he found he could reliably predict their personality, behavior and innate abilities from their facial features. These were not expressions and gestures, but basic hereditary structures and shapes. He was so fascinated by this knowledge that he maintained detailed records. From this mass of knowledge he realized he had documented a new science. Today this is referred to as Face Pattern Recognition. With the creation of state-of-the-art software by FaceReflect, Face Pattern Recognition has become Face Pattern Analysis

The major difference between personology and other approaches to reading faces lie in the fact that Judge Edward Jones extensively researched each trait and narrowed the number of traits to sixty-eight features and their characteristics. The accuracy rate of 88 percent or higher was based on feedback from thousands of people, and including in-person consultations and profiles made from photographs. Special tools were designed to measure the width of the face, position of the ears, the slope of the forehead and the width of the eye, plus other measurements.
To back up the findings, Naomi Tickle and a team of people, created a computer program for determining careers based on facial features. The software matches people’s physical features that indicate one’s innate abilities to careers that require these abilities. These profiles are based on the U.S. Department of Labor’s Dictionary of Occupational Titles. The publication outlines the abilities required for specific jobs, such as people skills, communication and organization skills, and the ability to work with details.
Naomi has recently worked with some blind studies with career counselors comparing her career suggestions with the more traditional tests. The studies are finding good matches; and in many cases, according to the feedback from her clients, the career suggestions she offered were a better match. She matches up the individual’s innate abilities seen in the face with career suggestions and look for an 88 percent or higher match. It validates much of what people already know about themselves and gives them confidence to move forward. So many of Naomi’s clients have said it confirmed the career they were already considering. Having changed jobs so many times, they just wanted some confirmation they were going in the right direction this time.
Naomi’s expertise is sought after by people from around the world . She uses the technology to help people with their relationships including marriage, understand their children, careers, personality assessments, team building and more.

When Naomi sees a person’s face, no matter where they live in the world, she sees the potential that is written in the face. Potential that individual may never discover.
